Roles & Responsibilities:
| •Help desk resources to record, track, and report on all inquiries using Jira, an issue tracking software product that allows bug tracking and agile project management. • Help desk resources to resolve issues for the end users, where identified as possible; • Help desk resources available to manage all interactions with end users (i.e. communicate with end users and keep them informed throughout the issue being progressed and fixed); • Helpdesk resources available to obtain feedback from end users on recent interactions, using an (automated) survey tool. |
