Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in executive support, project management, or event planning.

- Experience taking initiative and building strong, productive relationships.
- Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (e.g. manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment, etc.).
- Coordinate duties for multiple offices.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define operational strategies.
- Mentor team members.
- Serve as a technical lead for, and manager of, small projects.
