Job Description:
- Scope and structure complex business problems and see them through execution
- Assist in building out business models and scalable business processes
- Work with functional teams in identifying new initiatives and focus areas keeping in mind the organizational goals
- Perform rigorous analysis on initiatives and reporting to senior stakeholders, both financial and operational data from different data bases
- Assist in data-driven decision making by running pilots and analyzing their impact
- Manage internal stakeholders, keeping them informed, helping them align their procedures with new changes
- Communicate with senior stakeholders on progress and analytical insights
- Analyze large data sets, finding patterns, and providing a concise summary
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot analytics solution and derive key insights based on Tableau/ Power BI visualization and data analysis
- Conduct data assessment, perform data quality checks, and transform data using tools such as SQL
- Execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
- Drive data-driven decision making through the stakeholders
Desired Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree from top college or university
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory.
- Experience with Data Integration Tools.
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools(tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Cloud Tools and data bases management system
- Hands-on experience with SQL database design (e.g. Mysql, MS SQL Server)
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. R, Python)
- Worked on large data sets to address business issues
- Ability to breakdown any problem into components that can be collaboratively solved
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders
