Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sourcing, talent mapping, and recruitment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with market research.
  • Experience in advanced talent search techniques, including boolean, applicant tracking system (ATS) sourcing tools, and online niche resources.
  • Experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends.
  • Ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions, and to synthesize staffing metrics to help drive strategic staffing decisions.
  • Ability to provide effective consultative skills throughout the search process. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and clients.
  • Effective project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the hiring process and ensure all candidate pipelines are representative of the talent market. Identify and drive process improvements which impact global recruiting, candidates, and clients.
  • Develop relationships with candidates, understand their needs and connect them to opportunities at Google. Provide a high-touch experience from application stage to offer.
  • Source, evaluate skill level, conduct interview and offer processes. Build outstanding partnerships with sourcing and recruiting peers to ensure robust, representative pipelines.
  • Create and implement a hiring strategy that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management and candidate satisfaction.
  • Find people great jobs and represent Google to the world. Identify, engage, and advise talent with a focus on creating a great experience for each candidate.
