About the Role!
Recruit will be in the forefront to converse with students, responsible for handholding student throughout their academic journey, and ensuring student retention & engagement throughout the academic year, and will also be responsible for NPS.
Needs to follow and manage metrics at student level, ensure key voice of the customers is logged in the system and user requirements are addressed.
What will you be doing?
1. Single Point of contact for all Student queries.
2. Work with students and parent to get desired Engagement & Retention
3. Needs to follow and manage metrics at student level, ensure key voice of the customers is logged
in the system and user requirements are addressed.
4. Provide Individual attentions to students based on their profiling (Socio economic, Interests,
Learning styles).
5. Engagement should be established with student.
6. Coordinate with teachers about session details (contents, students’ feedback etc)
7. Encourages for attending session, taking test asking doubts & watching Replays and provide
guidance for sessions/courses
8. Follow up with student for, attendance and motivation
9. Coordinate with support functions and get the issues sorted
10. Daily task including calling Parent/Students.
