About the Role

The role involves ensuring sustainable growth for the Health hub category. The person will need to work collaboratively across key functions like supply, catalog, merchandising, marketing, product, analytics to craft strategic and operational decisions through data-based analytical thinking and then execute the same.

The person should have a high level of ownership and have the ability to multi-task and stay on top of all functions/projects simultaneously. 


Responsibilities

  • Ensure growth of supply partners, from doing RCA to building partner-specific growth strategies and campaigns. Create, maintain and ensure adoption of SOP for growth interventions to the partners

  • Plan discount and ads strategy for Health Hub. Set up a smooth process to enable the same.

  • Run merchandising & marketing experiments to utilize relevant opportunities to generate traffic and improve conversion.

  • Improve category conversion: Work with the supply team on improving order funnels, identifying and plugging area-level supply gaps, improve landing page conversions with relevant discovery, etc.

  • Conduct user immersions on getting consumer insights and identifying their pain points to be addressed to ensure sustainable growth.

  • Identify health/consumer trends, share insights with the team to grow the category.

    • Work with analytics on generating insights across key HealthHub growth metrics.  

    • Manage growth performance reporting, streamlining growth processes and systems wherever possible, and advise senior management on maximizing health business.

    • Liaison with cross-functional teams like marketing, supply, catalog, analytics, product, and merchandising to manage day-to-day operations smoothly.


    Desired Candidate

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical degree.

    • 1-3 years’ work experience preferably in e-commerce, product, consumer-tech, analytics, or any digital-first roles/environment.

    • Technical skills – Strong excel skills, basic SQL will be good

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders

    • Strong data and process orientation - ability to understand existing processes, analyze data and work out complex ambiguous scenarios into simple tangible actions. 

    • High level of ownership

    • Strong business acumen and ability to intelligently articulate problems and solutions
