Eligibility: Graduates from any Stream with min 12 months of experience in International voice or UG with 1 year of International voice process or 1year international technical support experience.

Desired Candidate profiles:

For Telecom voice

* Experience into At&T/British Telecom/comcast/Optus/virgin media/Verizon Telecom/ any international telecom experience required (Voice)

* Assist customers in resolving many different issues types like billing, customer service, and /or technical support for handheld device( iPhone, Android etc.) for large communication provide.

*Excellent communication skills.

*Provide assistance through calls.

* Basic knowledge about billing.

* Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.

*Preferred only international BPO experience

For international Technical voice support

*Taking Remote access from customers

*Troubleshooting customers regarding product issues

*Tech support or desk top support

*Excellent communication skills.

*Provide assistance through calls.

*Need technical knowledge .

* Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.

*Preferred only international BPO experience.

Transportation: 2 way cab facility is provided.
